I have been in contact with many landlords over the last couple of months. It was my idea to start an anonyms tip line that a person can report an illeagal sublet on a stabilized or controlled unit.

This shit has gotten out of control and the liberals have been letting free loaders eat for free for too long. This issue needs to be resolved ASAP. Please send me an email if you know of anyone that is subletting their stabilized apartment. There will be cash rewards given. It is our job as brokers to keep the rents as high as possible.
